This place is like a hidden charm of Saigon. Love the coffee drinks. I order espresso tonic and it’s my favorite. Love the art pieces around this place.

Very nice clean and well organized cafe located in the 2nd floor. The gears seem right and their drinks are reasonably priced. I came in on a Saturday afternoon, but there were no other customers. I like this chill and low key vibe. How he makes coffee looked right too.

Tucked above the ground floor of Pho Trang is a cosy Roastery run by a one-man show. There are stairs behind the restaurant up to the cafe, the restaurant owner will lead you when it’s not busy. My party ordered the Peach Tea, Yuzu Tea, Americano, and Coffee Bac Xiu. Both teas were strong and flavourful while it seems like they made their own Preserved Peaches. Coffees were excellent as well strong and sweet for the Bac Xiu, the Americano was pretty run of the mill.

Best coffee in HCMC. I'm a coffee freak and I stand behind my words. Their Yellow Bourbon is to die for! It's a 100% Arabica made in Vietnam, but it tastes like some gourmet organic specialty coffee from Brazil, with its amazingly rich aroma and flavour. Excellent service as well! Talia is the best barista even, she pays so much attention to detail that you will always get your perfect cup of joe. They measure the amount of coffee they put in and use top-quality coffee making equipment made in Japan. ???????? The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of their coffee and the location. If you decide to leave a tip, all the money will go to impoverished children living in Ha Giang Province. Let's not forget to mention an efficient AC, big comfortable sofas, and the fact that they don't use any plastic! Everything is served in glass. The straws are made of 100% biodegradable material. Even their cup holders are hand-made by the staff using some kind of weird grass. You can order 2 kinds of Vietnamese Arabica as well as specialty coffee from Africa and South America. Also, they make their own fresh cold brew every single day. ???????????????????????????????? Definitely come check out the café by yourself! Just please don't bring too many friends! I really enjoy chilling here, so I hope this place doesn't become too crowded all of a sudden.

The pink guava tea is very good. Americano was robust and flavorful. The room is really retro with a great view of the street below. Cool vibe, great service. (Little hard to find)

A cozy aesthetic coffee shop to enjoy the peaceful silence. Although the menu is limited but I’m surprised by the amazing taste of Bac Xiu.
